My favorite thing about warm weather. . .

is getting to see these sweet knees ALL DAY LONG!  Not as chunky as her big sister's were at this age, but still ADORABLE!

And despite all this green she wore for St. Patrick's day, I think I still pinched those thighs a few times!

Clean Teeth!

So these pictures really don't have much to do with our trip to the dentist, but I did want to document that BOTH girls had an appointment with sweet Dr. Flynt Purvis yesterday.
Showing off those sparkly teeth!

Last time we went to the dentist was pretty disastrous!  GA is very strong-willed, and 6 months ago she was determined NOT to have her teeth cleaned.  But this trip was MUCH better (probably thanks to lots of bribery!)

Dr. Flynt has televisions on the ceiling so GA could watch Tangled while her teeth were being cleaned.  She did great!  Lizzie did great too and had a little fluoride painted on her front four teeth.  Dr. Flynt said that GA has lots of space in her mouth and shouldn't need much orthodontic treatment in the future (right now there are actually only two places in her whole mouth where two adjacent teeth touch!)  He said that Lizzie, on the other hand, has a much smaller jaw structure and will probably spend a good bit of time in braces one day!  I mentioned that Will was lucky to have beautiful teeth without braces, and Dr. Flynt said that Grace Ann probably has his facial build while Lizzie has mine.  I have always thought that was true.  Sorry, Liz, you are like Mommy in this way!

Thought I was about to get a good shot of girls together!  Just gotta get Liz to smile!

And then THIS happened!  So I had to save Lizzie's life!

She made a full recovery and continued practicing her "almost" walking!

MUD!

A few days ago, Will was trying to fix a muddy problem we have at the end of our driveway.  There are a lot of natural springs where we live and sometimes our front yard gets really muddy.  Someone had driven in the grass and created some big ruts.  GA had a blast helping daddy fix the mud!

Enjoying the Sunshine!

The weather is beautiful today!  Between errands, we stopped at the park to let the girls enjoy the sun!

We are always practicing our gymnastics!  Arms out for balance!

She didn't want her knees on the grass!

GA's favorite topic right now is MERMAIDS!  Here is her mermaid pose!

Baby Lilly's Dedication

Today we got all dressed up to celebrate a special occasion - Cousin Lilly's dedication! Key and Andy hosted a lovely lunch after church, and we all had a great time visiting.

GA was so excited to hold precious Lilly!

all of Granny's Great Grands

Key and Lilly

GA loved Emory and made her read lots of books.  She was amazed that Emory gave her some lip gloss and that Emory had glitter fingernails!

Yummy!

Weekend in Selma

We had a great weekend visiting in Selma and I got some good pictures of the girls while we were there!
Friday, we stopped by the farm and enjoyed seeing all the work that Will and his friends have been doing down there.

You might be a redneck if you use the back of your truck for a playpen!

This thing catches rainwater so you can have some water to wash your hands. Pretty cool!
Saturday, we went to Sturdivant Hall so that the girls could see the fish pond (and of course bc I love a good photo opportunity!)

GA and Granny

We also stopped by Papa's on Sunday and I got a cute picture of GA with him that won't upload.  I'll keep working on it. We loved visiting with GamMama and GanDaddy!
