Splash Pad Day!

We made a trip to the splashpad today with Megan, Harris and Hilton.  It was a great day - not too crowded, hot but not miserable, nice breeze!  We had a blast!

Emilyn's 3rd Ballet Birthday

Emilyn's birthday party was at the same place that GA takes ballet.  Each girl was given a red tutu!  It was ADORABLE!

Third Annual family trip to the Black and Blueberry Festival!

Will and I always try to make it to the Black and Blueberry Festival at Petals from the Past! Yummo!

Lizzie could pick just as fast as the rest of us. . .

But none of her berries made it to the basket!

GA loved feeing the animals this year.

We all really love it there! When we left, we were all ready for lunch (Cracker Barrell) and a nap!

Happy Birthday to Papa and Happy Father's Day!

Last weekend, we celebrated Papa's birthday at the family reunion house. 

I think Papa liked the shirt we gave him!

Friday, GA and I made Will a very simple, Pinterest-inspired Father's Day cake!

This is the only picture I took of the cake and it was already wrapped in Saran wrap! GA did the green sprinkles and THEY WERE EVERYWHERE!

 We tried to snap some pictures this morning, but the girls weren't really in the mood. . .

Happy Father's Day to Will, GanDaddy, Rah Rah, and Papa!  I'm so thankful that my girls and I truly have such WONDERFUL fathers in our life!

GA's first Ballet class

We have been waiting for this day for months!  GA loves doing new things, and if it were her choice we would be doing ballet, gymnastics, kindermusik, and soccer all at the same time! But I think that is a little much at age 3! I agreed to do ballet and gymnastics both this summer since she wouldn't be at school most of the time.  She started ballet today, and it was PRECIOUS! I snapped a few pictures before we left and then took a few through the glass during class.

They are required to wear pink tights and shoes, but they can wear any leotard.  GA wanted blue because the lady at the dance store told her she looked just like Cinderella!  She was SOLD!
