Christmas 2014

We had a wonderful Christmas day! Santa came!  The kids favorite gifts were ipads, a tube for the boat, golf clubs, and lots of American Girl stuff!  After a lazy morning, we went to Rah Rahs for dinner and the girls got #25 Auburn jerseys. The next day we visited the Swifts at the river for many, many more gifts!  It was lots of fun with yummy food and very little stress!

CUMC Preschool Christmas performance 2014

Lizzie sang in traditional service yesterday.  She was pretty nervous, but made it though the performance!

Magic City Nutcracker Tea Party 2014

We enjoyed the Sugar Plum Fairy Tea Party which included an abbreviated version of the Nutcracker ballet perfect for younger kids.  Grace Ann loved having her picture made with the real ballerinas!

Polar Express 2014

We went to the Polar Express last weekend.  It was fun and the kids always look so cute in their PJs.  Lizzie didn't want her picture made with Santa or the Elves, but Grace Ann loved them.  I'm glad we enjoyed it, because after hearing a story of some of our friends who did it the next weekend and got stuck on the train for 3.5 hours, I doubt we will try that again!  Excuse the phone quality of some pictures!

HCC Santa Brunch 2014

We saw Santa at the club on Sunday.  Lizzie didn't want to get near him, but thankfully Grace Ann told him Lizzie's list too!

We enjoyed Thanksgiving in Selma.  We were pretty lazy most of the time, and I was thankful for the change in pace from our usual hectic schedule.  The girls got new cowboy boots so I had to take some pictures by the river!
